    Rhubarb is an herbaceous plant that has been used since ancient times as an ornament, an ingredient in the kitchen and as a medicine plant. Traditionally used in the preparation of liqueurs and digestives as well as in marmalades and jams, on an industrial level Rhubarb is used to make herbal and balsamic sweets.

  • Medicinal use

    Rhubarb is the basis of several herbal preparations used to cure constipation, dysmenorrhea, and amenorrhea and to regulate the appetite.
