Traditionally used in the preparation of liqueurs and digestives as well as in marmalades and jams, on an industrial level Rhubarb is used to make herbal and balsamic sweets.
Rhubarb is the basis of several herbal preparations used to cure constipation, dysmenorrhea, and amenorrhea and to regulate the appetite.
