
Vegetarian lasagna with ricotta cheese and Sunny HeRBs basil

Ingredients
- 250 g Lasagna sheets
- 250 g Ricotta cheese
- 10-15 Basil leaves Sunny heRBs
- 15 g Pine nuts
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Wash under running water the Sunny heRBs basil leaves
- Put the leaves in a blender with some extra virgin olive oil, the pine nuts, salt and pepper to taste. Blend
- Once the mixture looks smooth, add in the ricotta cheese and stir till all the ingredients are well blended
- Preheat the oven to 200° C
- Pour a drizzle of extra virgin oil on the bottom of a baking dish; spread some ricotta and basil cream and arrange the lasagna sheets on top of it. Repeat layers till you have ingredients
- Top it all with the parmesan cheese
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200° C, until golden brown
