Vegetarian lasagna with ricotta cheese and Sunny HeRBs basil

Wash under running water the Sunny heRBs basil leaves
Put the leaves in a blender with some extra virgin olive oil, the pine nuts, salt and pepper to taste. Blend
Once the mixture looks smooth, add in the ricotta cheese and stir till all the ingredients are well blended
Preheat the oven to 200° C
Pour a drizzle of extra virgin oil on the bottom of a baking dish; spread some ricotta and basil cream and arrange the lasagna sheets on top of it. Repeat layers till you have ingredients
