    Mountain Savory is a virtuous perennial herb with perfuming, flavouring, stimulating, digestive, carminative, antispasmodic and cicatrising properties.

    The herb is used in infusions and decoctions and in the kitchen is used to add flavour to cheeses, sauces and pulses and to relieve indigestion.
