True Lavender – Lavandula angustifolia

  • Culinary use

True Lavender, or English Lavender, is a perennial, evergreen plant originating in the Mediterranean region. The plant is highly appreciated for its intense perfume and brightly coloured leaves. This variety of lavender can easily cope with both high and low temperatures. As it has a tendency to grow as a bush, it is particularly suitable for hedges but can adapt perfectly to cultivation in containers.
