Faustini Thyme – Thymus “Faustini”

    The perennial herb, Faustini Thyme is widely used in the kitchen to add flavour to meat and fish dishes, sauces and vegetables. This variety of thyme also has several medicinal properties: antiseptic (it is ideal for elongating food preservation times), antibacterial, antioxidant, digestive, spasmolytic and as a urinary tract disinfectant.
