Foxley Thyme – Thymus pulegioides “Foxley”

Lemon Thyme is also used in fruit sorbets, infusions and in flavoured liqueurs and vinegars.

With its decisive aroma, thyme is especially suited to meat, fish and vegetables and is often used in the preparation of aromatic vinegars.
