Doone Valley Thyme – Thymus “Doone Valley”

  • Culinary use

Lemon Thyme, commonly named “Doone Valley” Thyme, is a perennial herb. The leaves, with their strong citrus flavour, are used both fresh and dried, mainly at the end of the cooking process, to add flavour to fish and meat dishes, pasta, grilled and steamed vegetables and roast potatoes.

Lemon Thyme is also used in fruit sorbets, infusions and in flavoured liqueurs and vinegars.
